CHOCOLATE-PEANUT BUTTER, ALMOND MILK SMOOTHIE

WOW...that's a mouth full, Chocolate-Peanut Butter Almond Milk Smoothie; but oh is it good!!!

This is my perfect breakfast when I'm pinched for time or post workout. Like they taught you in school, Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Breakfast gets your metabolism going, keeps you from hitting a mid-morning slump or even over eating at lunch! Especially if you are trying to lose weight or maintain a healthy body weight, a balance breakfast is key.


Here is your list of ingredients:

1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 
1 Banana
3 Tbsp. Chocolate Peanut Butter Powder
1 Tbsp. Creamy Peanut Butter 
1 Cup Ice


Note: In the pictures I was making a double batch! Instructions are for a single serving!


First step is to get your blender out. 


Second, slice your banana into big chunks.



Third, pour your 1 Cup of Almond Milk into the blender and add your banana.


Fourth, measure out 3 Tbsp. chocolate peanut butter powder.


Fifth, add 1 Tbsp. peanut butter. (I add peanut butter for sweetness.)


Last, your 1 cup of ice and you are set!


Now let it blend on high for about 15 seconds, depending on your blender, or until all ice is blended. 

Now drink, but not too fast or you'll get a brain freeze, don't ask how I know!


This is my perfect post workout smoothie or breakfast in a pinch.
