All of us have been sick for the past TWO weeks trying to kick this cold and the last one to get over it was The Hubs. He finally was able to kick this cold this weekend by resting on Sunday and not working. Now this week looks bright for us!

I took these pictures on Friday morning as I was riding around the dairy getting ready to start work. My Dad and Brother were still in Utah, so it was another early morning for us.  I took all these pictures with in a matter of 20-30 minutes of each other.

While on the quad a heard geese honking and I looked up and there they were in a flying-v formation. This was just awesome to see and hear them! So of course I pulled my camera out as fast as I could and was able to snap a few.

There they go! When you think about it, it’s amazing how they know to form a v-formation. One can not go to fast or to slow, everyone has to be in unison for it to work.

As I was coming around, I caught this pic of the sunrise that morning. The sun wasn’t quite above the mountains, but it was sure making those clouds shine. That burnt orange color in the sky was a hint of how hot it was going to be that day.

THEN, as I turned around to go back to the milk barn this was hanging in the sky! Rainbows are amazing, magical, good luck charms that are just breath taking to look at.

About 20 minutes later it was a full blown rainbow right out of our back gates. It was emotional to see that rainbow, it was like someone that we have lost looking down on us saying it is going to be okay. They are child like, happy, good luck and everything’s going to be alright.

I mean a full-blown RAINBOW!
