THIS…my friends is a delicious and decadent white chocolate mocha! It is ssssoooooooo good and sssoooooooo heavenly!

I am always trying to come up with ways to make my favorite coffee beverages at home. AND since we homeschool, I am not passing a coffee house on the way to drop off the kids in the morning.

Another reason why I love this coffee beverage is that it is handcrafted by you, and it tastes that much better.

Not to say that I won’t be purchasing one of those cute red cup beverages this holiday season for research purposes of course…

The ingredients for this beauty are:

8 oz. of fresh brewed strong coffee

6-8 oz. Milk

1/4 cup white chocolate and milk chocolate chips (good quality)

Whipped Cream (optional)

Supplies you will need:

Sauce pan

Coffee cup

First you want to brew 8 oz. of strong coffee into your mug.

Now, you want to measure out your chocolate chips. I like to fill the measuring cup 1/4 to 3/4 of the way full with white chocolate chips and fill the rest with milk chocolate chips. Sometimes heaping over…

Note: The good quality chocolate will melt better and taste better too.

Now measure out 6-8 oz. of milk.

Measuring out 8 oz. of milk means that you will have a 1:1 ratio with your milk/coffee mixture and the coffee flavor won’t be as strong.

Note: If I want to have a stronger coffee flavor I will only measure out 6 oz. of milk.

Okay…now start heating up your milk until it is hot, NOT scalding you don’t want to burn the milk.

Note: I usually heat the milk up while the coffee is brewing to save on time.

While your milk is hot-hot move it to the side and add in your chocolate and whisk, whisk, whisk!

Once your chocolate is all incorporated, now time to pour.

Pour the chocolate milk mixture in with your coffee.

Top it off with a little bit of whipped cream, and viola!

Really simple and Really delicious!

This whole recipe will take you less than 5 minutes to make start to finish. It is well worth it!

Happy Coffee Drinking!
