How to Make Freezer Breakfast Sandwiches.
Start by getting 6 English muffins and 6 slices of deli lunchmeat ham.
Split the English muffins with a knife and toast until golden brown. Pat dry the deli lunchmeat ham so there is no moisture and set aside.
Start with 3 whole eggs, 2 tbsp. milk, a pinch of shredded cheese, a dash of salt & pepper. Whisk to combine.
Measure out about ¼ cup egg mixture into a greased pan and cook like you’re making an omelet and sprinkle grated cheese in the middle. After omelet is cooked, set it aside on a paper towel to cool. Repeat two more times.
Now that you have your dried ham, toasted English muffins, and omelets, it’s time to start assembling.
You will cut the omelets in half.
Start with a toasted English Muffin.
If you would like, you can lightly butter the English muffin at this point.
Place half an omelet on one side, now fold one slice of ham in half and place on top of the cooked egg.
